Product information "Pure Ocean Dominikanischer Rum 8 Years 40% vol. 500 ml"

Die Familie Oliver y Oliver hat Ihre Wurzeln im Rumgeschäft schon seit dem frühen 19. Jahrhundert ursprünglich in Cuba, dann in der Dominikanischen Republik. In der ländlichen Gegend um Santo Domingo stellt die Familie sorgfältig und mit höchster Handwerkskunst ein Portfolio von erstklassigen Rums her. Mittels Solera Verfahren wird der Rum einer besonderen Reife unterzogen. Hierbei werden mehrere Eichenholzfässer aufgetürmt. In der obersten Schicht reift das jüngste Destillat. In der untersten Reihe der älteste Rum, der dann entnommen wird. Die fehlende Menge wird aus darüberliegenden Schicht ersetzt. Der 8 jährige Rum besitzt eine schöne Bernsteinfarbe und offenbart tolle Aromen von Karamell, Vanille und Eiche mit einer beeindruckenden Vielfalt von reifen Herbstfrüchten in der Nase.
